Job Title: Senior Salesman / Key Punching Operator

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 days a week | 10-hour shifts (7 AM – 2 AM, flexible)

Education: Matric (minimum), B.A., Bsc, Diploma in Dispensing preferred

Experience: 1–5 years in pharmacy sales/operations

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesman / KPO to manage pharmacy sales, supervise staff, handle billing, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires leadership, customer service skills, and knowledge of pharmacy inventory management.

• Supervise and train junior staff on prescriptions, medicine handling, and customer service.
• Ensure pharmacy hygiene, discipline, and shift scheduling.
• Manage inventory: stock movement, expiry control, FIFO, deliveries, and inter-branch transfers.
• Perform accurate billing as Key Punching Operator (KPO).
• Handle customer queries and ensure professional service.
• Motivate staff and report to Pharmacy Manager/Operations Head.

Requirements

• Matric/Diploma in Dispensing preferred.
• 1–5 years’ experience in pharmacy/retail (Head Salesman or similar role).
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Presentable, ethical, and customer-focused.
