Job Description

In this role, you will provide solutions to a wide range of customer queries through written communication, maintaining professionalism, positivity, and empathy at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with purchases made on the e-commerce platform.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding company values.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner.
  • Document customer queries and resolutions accurately.
  • Suggest alternatives for unavailable products/items.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when resolving issues.
  • Stay updated with system information and process changes.
  • Handle objections and customer pushbacks with professionalism.

Requirement

  • O Levels/Matric or higher.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
