Job Description

  • Build an efficient sales network: lead development and optimization of agent and retail channels, formulate localized expansion strategies, and quickly enter the market through industry exhibitions, targeted visits, and business negotiations.
  • Deepen customer value management: establish dynamic customer profiles, conduct regular in-depth follow-ups with key customers monthly, accurately capture changes in demand, coordinate internal resources to resolve after-sales issues, and increase cooperation conversion rates by over 30%.
  • Strive for high-growth targets: based on the company's annual strategy, break down individual and team sales targets, create weekly and monthly execution plans, and ensure over-fulfillment of sales tasks for core products such as lithium batteries and energy storage systems.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in sales, channel development, or retail/agent network management.
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Target-driven with experience setting and achieving sales goals.
  • Experience with after-sales coordination and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge or interest in lithium batteries and energy storage systems preferred.
  • Willingness to attend industry exhibitions and customer visits.
