Sales Executive

Requirement

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
  • Develop networks and drive sales for premium real estate projects.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and pitch high-end properties.
  • Coordinate and follow up on client site visits.
  • Provide in-depth briefings on project details and offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal company policies and standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct in all client and internal communications.
  • Update Zoho CRM and submit daily reports on interactions and activities.
  • Go the extra mile to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a property consultant—understanding and meeting the unique needs of luxury buyers.
  • Report successful sales and handover details to relevant teams.
  • Manage performance KPIs as set by the management.
