REAL ESTATE TEAM MEMBER (LEOS UK)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and perform due diligence.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, owners, and investors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Analyse financial and market data to make informed investment decisions.
• Develop and manage financial models to assess investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage real estate assets, including leasing and property management.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the real estate development process, from feasibility studies to project completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
