Job Description

We're a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in print-on-demand products. Our success depends on the quality and performance of our product listings across multiple online channels. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Product Listing Manager to lead our listing team and own the entire product-to-market process.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
  • Supervise and mentor the team of Listing Strategists and Listing Executives.
  • Set weekly and monthly targets for the number of new products to be listed and optimized.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the listing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Quality Control & Process Optimization
  • Act as the final point of quality control, reviewing and approving new listing templates and strategies before implementation.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the listing creation process to increase speed and reduce errors.
  • Ensure all listings are 100% compliant with each platform's policies and brand guidelines.
Performance & Strategy
  • Work with the Head of E-commerce to develop overall strategy for product presentation and SEO across all channels.
  • Monitor performance of new listings, tracking key metrics like conversion rate, click-through rate, and initial sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design departments to ensure a seamless and efficient product launch process.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Indicative Monthly Salary: PKR 50,000 - 70,000 (depending on skills and experience).
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to team efficiency and listing performance.

Requirement

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume product listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce.
Hard Skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of e-commerce SEO and platform ranking algorithms.
  • Strong data analysis skills to monitor listing performance and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in creating, documenting, and optimizing workflows (SOPs).
  • Deep familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.
Soft Skills
