Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations in English.
Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
Maintain files and records in a well-organized and secure manner.
Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
Perform personal tasks and errands as requested.
Prepare minutes and summaries of meetings.
Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong secretarial and administrative skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience as a Personal or Private Secretary is a plus.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and polished personality.
