We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive to join our Authorized Hikvision Store team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will assist customers in-store, provide product information, handle inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Hikvision products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for order processing and service scheduling.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirement

  • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
  • Friendly, confident, and presentable.
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams and manage service requests.
