Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Design, E-commerce, and Advertising teams to ensure campaign assets (graphics, listings, ads) are created on time and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of responsibilities.
  • Performance Tracking: Work with the Marketing Analyst to monitor live campaign performance, tracking metrics like ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Reporting: Prepare post-campaign analysis reports highlighting successes, challenges, and learnings to inform future marketing strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Indicative Monthly Salary: PKR 60,000 - 100,000 (depending on skills and experience).

Requirement

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or campaign management, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with positive ROI.
Hard Skills:
  • Data Analysis: Interpret key marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, Conversion Rate) to make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
  • Leadership and proactivity: take ownership and drive projects to completion.
