Boutique Manager

Job Description

Zauq Boutique, established in 2009, offers traditional and contemporary women’s clothing including formal wear, casuals, and bridal attire. We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager with at least 2 years' relevant experience in accounting, retail, or finance to lead operations and ensure excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting practices and company policies.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
