Ticketing Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the ticketing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage flight, bus, train, and other travel ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Negotiate fares and maintain relationships with airlines and vendors.
  • Monitor ticketing sales, refunds, and invoicing while ensuring accuracy.
  • Generate sales/ticketing reports and achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with IATA rules, airline policies, and company standards.
