  • Altitude Tours – Premium small group travel to Milford Sound, Mt Cook, Glenorchy, Gibbston, Central Otago + C&I and events solutions
  • BLACK NZ – Queenstown’s premier luxury tour operator
  • Fiordland Tours & Fiordland Walks – Te Anau based small group Milford Sound tours & guided day walks

We are looking for someone to join our busy central reservations & logistics department, working across all three brands.

We believe in systemising the extraordinary and personalising the ordinary. Our vision is to be real, authentic, and fun while always prioritising people – surprising and delighting our customers and stakeholders.
Key Tasks
  • Processing enquiries & bookings via phone and email
  • Creating tour itineraries and quotes
  • Preparing daily manifests for pickups & ensuring tours are ready to go
  • Liaising with key suppliers and agents
  • Upselling & offering add-ons to customers
  • Delivering a premium customer service experience
The Ideal Team Member
  • Tourism industry experience
  • Hardworking, motivated, and positive
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Quick thinker, able to solve logistical challenges
  • Understands that “we are all in sales”
  • Keen to succeed and be rewarded for it
  • Knowledge of Rezdy or similar booking systems (advantageous, not essential)

Requirement

  • Shift range: 6AM – 8PM
  • Location: Gorge Road office, Queenstown
