Front Desk Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, so a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain the reception area and keep it tidy and presentable.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and support office operations.

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
