Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Medical Director, located in Karāchi. The Deputy Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, and ensure the implementation of medical policies and procedures. The role requires coordinating with various departments such as Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, and Oncology, and working closely with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi.
• Relevant qualifications such as an MBBS degree, with additional postgraduate qualifications or MBA.
• Experience in hospital administration or a similar leadership role is a plus.
