Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate sales and demand forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and external factors to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Perform ETL tasks using MS Excel, Power Query, and related tools.
• Monitor and refine forecasting models to improve reliability and inventory optimization.
• Use Power BI for data visualization and performance analysis.
• Stay updated on retail forecasting and demand planning best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting, sales analysis, and reporting within the retail industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in Power Query and Power BI.
• Experience with MS Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of ETL processes and large dataset handling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
