Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirement

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
