Key Responsibilities

  • Handle call relay services to ensure smooth and efficient communication between consumers and Haleon representatives.
  • Provide accurate information regarding pharmaceutical or healthcare-related inquiries.
  • Document and update consumer interactions in the system promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all interactions meet professional and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to address escalations or complex queries.

Requirement

  • Education: Pre-medical graduate with strong knowledge of biological and pharmaceutical products.
