Position

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Business Development Executive at our office based in Lahore.

Education / Qualification

  • Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CS/IT/SE, or related field.

Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

Timings

  • Flexible to work in evening or night shifts (UK/USA shifts: 2pm–11pm OR 5pm–2am).

Requirement

  • Research and identify potential leads using Upwork and other online tools.
  • Engage prospects through LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and follow-ups to build relationships and qualify leads.
  • Craft compelling email templates and optimize sequences for higher open and response rates.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to track lead activity and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Generate interest in our solutions through LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up with personalized outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Close qualified leads effectively.
  • Collaborate on strategies to optimize outreach and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize future efforts.
