Business Developer

Tech Colleagues is hiring an experienced Business Developer to drive IT sales, client acquisition, and resource placement. This full-time role is based in Islamabad and involves close coordination with leadership, engineering, and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Pitch IT services including .NET, Angular, React, WPF, MAUI, Azure, QA, and AI solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Promote trained engineers and handle resource placement for client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
  • Present and support sales of in-house products such as Sale Mobilizer, HR Mobilizer, and School Mobilizer.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and recurring business pipelines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and updates for management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
  • Experience selling software services, IT resources, or SaaS products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling or placing .NET, Angular, or Cloud engineers.
