Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently.
• Takes ownership and drives each assigned program to a successful completion.
• Assess and monitor project issues and risks; develop appropriate mitigation plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and escalate per established procedures to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Define and initiate projects, assign project managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, ensuring ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
• Accountable for the financial performance of the program, enabling NCR to receive tangible business value and meet business objectives identified for the program.
• Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness toward business results or strategic intent.
• Determine and coordinate the sharing of resources among constituent projects for the overall benefit of the program.
• Direct work, set priorities, and mentor team members, including project managers, SMEs, consultants, and other PS team members.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PM role.
• BA degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the FinTech industry.
