Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a weekly review of the situation of all existing or upcoming loans in the event of default.
  • Ensure the recovery procedures are applied by both the Recovery Unit staff and the branch staff.
  • Check the defaulting clients’ files for completeness and take actions to improve their quality if needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive report for lawyers or legal officers in case court proceedings are required.
  • Track the progress of the « Bad Debt – Recovery » unit and provide feedback.
  • Recommend final write-offs to the Operations Manager when appropriate.

Requirement

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Graduate.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
