Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and services.
Create compelling content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Services Required
Social Media Management – Daily scheduling, posting, cross-platform consistency.
Content Strategy & Creation – Engaging daily posts (images, quotes, short videos) tailored to both book promotion and café marketing.
SEO Captions & Copywriting – Write captions with Islamic expressions and keywords, optimise hashtags for discoverability.
High Community Engagement – 200 authentic daily comments, proactive interaction, DM responses, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
1. Minimum Daily Engagement
Leave minimum 200 meaningful comments per day (using our prepared comment banks + personalised tweaks).
Engage with book lovers, book clubs, Muslim lifestyle creators.
Engage with local café/foodie accounts and hashtags.
Engage with trending posts and relevant hashtags (e.g., Ramadan, Palestine, Muslim youth).
Respond to all DMs and comments within 24 hours.
2. Minimum Content Uploading
Upload 2 posts per day:
1 Book-related post (quotes, reviews, character spotlights, reels).
1 Café-related post (coffee reels, food shots, customer highlights).
Upload 3–4 stories per day (polls, reminders, behind-the-scenes, reshares).
Post at least 3 reels per week (mix of café + book content).
Use hashtags, SEO captions, and geotags to maximise reach.
3. Minimum Collaboration Outreach
Engage with UK Muslim micro-influencers, bookstagrammers, and café bloggers.
Support with arranging collaboration posts (free coffee/books in exchange for mentions).
4. Minimum Giveaways & Campaigns
Run 1 giveaway per month (alternating between café and book).
Encourage followers to like, follow, and tag friends for viral reach.
