Social Media Manager

Job Description


We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our online presence. You will be responsible for managing and executing the overall content strategy across all social platforms, growing engagement, building brand awareness, and driving traffic and conversions through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Create engaging content (in collaboration with designers and writers) for posts, stories, reels, carousels, and videos.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay on top of trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
  • Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (optional but preferred).
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visuals across all social channels.


Requirement

Job Specification

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithmstrends, and audience behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as BufferHootsuiteLater, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent written communication and content planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
