Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute construction activities effectively.
Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material records, and work schedules.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
Provide regular reporting on project progress, including daily updates, weekly status reports, and monthly summaries.
Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing and updating designs.

Daily Reports
Provide detailed daily progress reports on construction activities, including completed tasks and issues encountered.
Document any safety incidents, accidents, or near misses on the construction site.
Report on manpower, equipment, and material utilization to ensure efficient resource management.
Communicate any deviations from project schedules or budgets and propose corrective actions.
Weekly Reports
Compile weekly status reports summarizing project progress, achievements, and challenges.
Update stakeholders on ongoing tasks, upcoming milestones, and changes to project timelines.
Review manpower and equipment utilization to identify optimization opportunities.
Highlight potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
