As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our brand, optimize our digital marketing efforts, and drive measurable growth through SEO and PPC strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategies, global marketing trends, and how to leverage digital marketing channels to drive lead generation, increase conversions, and optimize ROI.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that contribute to our growth and position us as a leader in the SaaS industry.

Requirement

  • Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing content tailored to various global markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language adaptability.
  • Collaborate with local teams to understand regional trends and customer needs, and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Focus on lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality prospects across global markets.
  • Track and report campaign ROI, ensuring alignment with business growth goals.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for SEO.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and report on key insights.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize SEO performance to increase visibility and drive engagement.
  • Integrate SEO strategies into broader lead generation campaigns to maximize conversion potential.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social media channels.
  • Develop paid search strategies to generate leads, optimize ad spend, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, ads, and keywords to refine campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on PPC performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Implement lead capture strategies within paid campaigns to enhance lead quality and nurture opportunities.

Campaign & ROI Focus

  • Assist in global multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and lead generation targets.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, with a clear focus on tracking ROI, lead conversion rates, and cost-per-lead metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and to track the influence of marketing efforts on revenue.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of global marketing initiatives, SEO, and PPC efforts.
  • Use data to optimize targeting, messaging, and overall strategy to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm changes, and PPC platform updates.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams (content, design, product, and sales) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively across global teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently and efficiently across regions.
  • Foster collaboration with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proven experience in global marketing campaigns, preferably in the SaaS industry or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and techniques for improving organic search rankings.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimizing ad performance.
  • Experience in campaign management, tracking ROI, and improving lead conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving measurable results.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
