Senior Software Engineer -AI/Ml

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for AI/ML Python solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase AI/ML capabilities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized Python-based AI/ML solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful project implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to adjust sales strategies.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing complex deals.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms and Python frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges with tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal technical teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on AI/ML and Python solutions.
• Proven track record in closing B2B deals and managing large-scale projects.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Python, or related fields preferred.
