Requirement

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience preparing financial statements
  • Ability to assess internal controls, including risk assessments and high-risk area reviews
  • Monthly analysis of balance sheet, income statement, and budget variances
  • Support in budget design and preparation for management review
  • Supervisory experience in managing accounting staff
  • Preparation of tax returns and statutory reports (SECP, EOBI)
  • Experience assisting with audit processes
  • In-depth understanding of bank financing and compliance requirements
  • Oversight of departmental routines such as check disbursement and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to set and achieve departmental objectives
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with company policies and financial legislation
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles, especially accounts payable procedures
