Provide text-based consulting services to platform P2P users via email/online chat, addressing and resolving various issues encountered while using the platform.
Offer professional product consulting services for the platform's customers.
Calm and reassure customers, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Record customer inquiries and relay their needs to relevant departments for product optimization when necessary.
Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are updated on all major changes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.
Requirement
Strong customer service mindset; prior experience in customer support and service is preferred.
Good team collaboration skills and execution ability, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
At least one year of experience as a Chinese-English customer service representative in the virtual currency, securities, or financial exchange sectors.
Background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) is a plus.
Willingness to work shifts from 9:00-18:00, 15:00-24:00, or 24:00-09:00 (GMT+8).
