Operations Manager (Halan Microfinance Bank)

Job Description

  • Managing Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, cash management, security, and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, including KYC/AML guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize branch operations and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports to various departments, including MIS reports.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong customer-driven attitude, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
