We are hiring a Manager (HR) for our South region based in Karachi. The role works closely with our School
Leadership teams to streamline HR operations for BSS schools including recruitment and manpower planning, employee relations, policy and HR process compliance, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in recruitment and staffing.
• Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance.
• Skills in training and development, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Post-Graduate (preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in large/complex organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
