Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee society management, administration, security operations, maintenance, and coordination with government bodies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage utility services, and maintain a safe and efficient environment for residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee society management, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
  • Supervise security teams to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.
  • Manage administrative functions, records, and documentation.
  • Plan and monitor maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and common areas.
  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
  • Oversee water supply and electricity management for the society.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance and operational expenses.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, safety regulations, and DHA guidelines.

Requirement

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in society administration, security, and facility management (preferably in housing societies or real estate projects).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of utility management (water & electricity).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.
