• Carry out routine departmental activities such as disbursing cheques and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and complete records of financials, employees, and clients
• Develop, implement, improve, and enforce budgets, policies, and departmental controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and banks
