Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a full-time HRBP to support the rapidly growing Pakistan business.

Main Job Duties:

• Deeply understand and diagnose the business and operational status of the supported departments, provide corresponding human resource solutions based on actual problems, and implement them to support the business in achieving strategic goals;
• Coordinate and address the daily HR needs of business departments, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, team building, personnel development, incentive retention, employee relations, cultural development, employee concerns etc.;
• Effectively promote the implementation of various human resources policies or processes in the company's business departments, and provide effective feedback and improvement;
• Complete other HR Leader/Country Manager tasks as well.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in human resources work; at least 2 years of experience in HRBP. Experience in the financial industry or being responsible for supporting such positions as telemarketing and customer service is a plus;
• In modules such as salary performance, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and talent development, there are 1-2 modules with rich experience;
• Has good business insight, good human-machine sensitivity and interpersonal processing skills, good time management skills, and is willing to be responsible for multi module and multi project work according to business needs;
• Strong sense of responsibility, intelligent, down-to-earth, introspective, enthusiastic, and self driven;
• A Urdu speaker with good English.
