HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an HR/Admin Officer with excellent communication skills to join our team and support our management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Update and maintain office policies as needed.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure security and manage police staff/guards.
  • Manage office supplies stock and production.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.
  • Answer queries from employees and vendors; collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update procurement records in Excel and Word.
  • Maintain business relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Support the director in all relevant activities.

Requirement

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative / HR & Procurement Officer or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tenacious and persistent in overcoming challenges.
