Head of Information Technology

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead and manage our IT department. This role involves overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, server configurations, VOIP systems, and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, drive the implementation of new technologies, and align IT strategies with the overall business objectives to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring all IT systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
• Oversee network management, server configuration, and maintenance to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Manage VOIP systems to ensure reliable communication across the organization.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance and security standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies that enhance business processes and productivity.
• Monitor IT budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably as Head of IT or IT Manager.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, server management, and VOIP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
