Head of HR

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Human Resources to join a leading industrial consortium in Lahore. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board of Directors.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR function from the ground up - driving strategy, building organizational culture, and ensuring alignment between people practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategy that supports long-term business goals.
  • Build the HR function, policies, and processes from foundation stage.
  • Design organizational structures and workforce plans aligned to growth milestones.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Oversee competitive compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Embed sustainability and community-focused practices into HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture.


Requirement

Requirements:

  • Pakistani Nationality or overseas Pakistani.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in reputable organizations.
  • Proven success in building HR functions and aligning HR strategy with business performance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
  • Experience in mining, heavy industry, or large-scale projects will be highly regarded.
