Job Description
Job Description:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Preparation of payroll (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Maintain personal files of all employees.
Process final settlement of resigned employees.
Conduct exit interviews and sign other required documents from departing employees.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
Assist recruiters to source candidates and update the database.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or Business field.

Good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Conflict management skills.
Problem resolution and analytical thinking.
Required Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Coordinate Admin projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
Handle employee requests regarding Admin issues, rules, and regulations.
Properly handle administrative complaints and grievance procedures.
Collect all equipment and returnable documents from departing employees.
Conduct initial orientation regarding Admin to newly hired employees and issue necessary equipment/documents.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
