Early Years Class Teacher

The Early Years Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children at the preschool level, including toddlers, nursery, and kindergarten.

Key responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while ensuring that learning is fun, engaging, and aligned with early childhood education standards. The teacher will create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere, using a variety of interactive teaching methods to support children’s curiosity and love for learning. Regular assessment of children’s progress, communication with parents, and collaboration with other educators are essential to provide a holistic learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional communication and patience, and a passion for fostering young children’s growth and development during these crucial formative years.

• Bachelor's Degree (at minimum) in the relevant field
