Position Overview:

We are hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to manage high-end client interactions across time zones.

Requirement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage, confirm, and modify ride reservations using internal software systems.
  • Provide personalized service recommendations (vehicle type, amenities, timing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with chauffeurs and dispatch team to ensure timely service execution.
  • Handle any service concerns or client complaints with care and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, conversations, and resolutions.
  • Uphold LIMOARC’s luxury brand standards in all client interactions.
  • Support occasional after-hours or weekend shifts (flexible and rotating).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience—preferably in luxury, hospitality, or transportation.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM tools, chat systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
  • Flexible availability to cover U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (full or partial shifts).

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience serving high-end or VIP clientele
