Customer Service / Back Office Agent

Job Description

Jetset Rides is a UK-licensed private hire and chauffeur company providing premium ground transportation services for individuals and corporate clients. We are expanding our operations team in Pakistan and are looking for a motivated and skilled Operations Representative to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Dispatch and assign drivers for bookings using company systems.
  • Prepare and maintain driver schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and manage live bookings, resolving any issues quickly.
  • Work with Excel for reporting, scheduling, and data management.
  • Coordinate with the UK-based team and drivers to maintain service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication support.

Requirement

Job Specification / Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good telephone and email etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in dispatching, call handling, or transport/logistics is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
