  • Perform a weekly review of the situation of all existing or upcoming loans in the event of default (serious overdue status).
  • Ensure the collection procedures are applied by the Collection Unit staff as well as the branch staff.
  • Check the defaulting clients' files for completeness and take actions to improve their quality if needed (e.g., missing or unsigned documents).
  • Take concerted decisions with BMs on which clients and guarantors to seize — based on different criteria.
  • Track the progress of the Bad Debt Unit and provide feedback to the Manager.
  • Manage the relationship with valuers and auctioneers to ensure Halan Microfinance Bank obtains the returns it deserves.
  • Recommend final write-off to the Operations Manager when appropriate.
  • Develop a comprehensive report for lawyers or legal officers in case legal action is required.

Requirement

Qualification & Experience

Graduate along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
