To develop new business avenues for the growth of Branch Business and to excel for development of Bank Asset and Liability Products.
To maintain liaison with Corporate Institutions, Multinational Companies, Government Institutions, and other important Account Holders of the Branch. To market NTBs, meet business targets, guidance to BDBs.
To administer sales, services, operational efficiency, and HR management activities to meet Bank objectives and achievement of the branch key targets given by the Management. Further ensure that staff will work on conversion of COC and Marketing through cash counter and utility bills.
To bear responsibility for branch Deposit mobilization, Credit targets, Account Opening and Other KPI’s.
To achieve month on month deposit and targets assigned to the branch.
Staff management with respect to the leaves, rotations, trainings and performance reviews – solving their problems and encouraging their efforts.
Branch Manager should review all the Compliance related tasks performed by Operation Manager.
Monitoring / ensuring compliance with KYC and other requirements of regulatory bodies.
Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly and diligently. Ensure that customers are timely attended and their day to day problems/queries are resolved.
