The Role

We are seeking to appoint several enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturers to join our academic team in the field of Food and Nutrition. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, applied teaching, learning, and assessment across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Subject Expertise (Two or More)

  • Nutrition, physiology and biochemistry
  • Nutrition through the life-course
  • Nutritional science
  • Food science, quality and sustainability
  • Food labelling and packaging

Key Expectations

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching that supports student learning and development.
  • Contribute to both face-to-face and online delivery where required.
  • Participate in module delivery and assessment.
  • Ensure teaching content remains current, research-informed, and aligned with public health priorities and industry expectations.
