AI Automation Engineer

The company is currently in an aggressive growth phase, utilizing advanced AI and machine learning technologies to deliver data-driven solutions for REITs. Our leadership team has led two previous IPOs and our technical team holds patents in AI and ML.

We are expanding our operations and seeking a motivated Associate Commercial Automation Specialist to join our team, helping streamline operations and contribute to our continued success.

Salary Range:

PKR 100,000 - 150,000 per month (based on experience)

Office timings are: 7pm - 3am

No WFH. It's a full time position.

• Implement and manage AI-driven automation tools to optimize sales and internal workflows
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and integrate technical solutions in alignment with HomeEasy's vision
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the business model and key revenue channels to enhance processes
• Design and develop custom solutions within the company's existing framework to streamline operations
• Enhance and maintain our AI-powered chatbot and internal website functionalities
• Document code and technical processes for seamless collaboration across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Proficient in Python and commonly used libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy)
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts (AI knowledge is a must)
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Flask (Django or FastAPI is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML DOM manipulation
• Familiar with Git and GitHub for version control
• Experience working with REST APIs and standard HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and using command-line interfaces
• Exposure to platforms such as Heroku, Follow Up Boss, and Twilio is a plus
