Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and support office functions.
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist in project management.
  • Maintain filing systems, documents, and records.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking processes.
  • Provide support to the management team in organizing meetings and travel arrangements.

Requirement

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
