Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for agents and models.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for models and agents, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations related to model bookings, contracts, and industry trends.
  • Maintain and update databases and contact lists for models, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and client inquiries.
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers, to promote models and company initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency.

Requirement

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within the modeling or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with online calendars, scheduling platforms, and communication tools like Zoom or Slack.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Interest in fashion blogs, photographers, and top models is a plus.
