Accountant / Finance Executive

We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual with a background in accounting or finance to handle the firm’s financial activities, including land acquisitions, banking loans, financial projections, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
• Manage banking operations including loans and related documentation.
• Handle land acquisition financials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial projections, cash flow analysis, and budgets.
• Monitor inventory losses and implement strategies to reduce financial risk.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improved financial performance.

Qualifications:

• ACCA, MBA (Accounting), or MBA (Finance).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
• Background in Construction/Architectural Firm is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, banking procedures, and business projections.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting/finance tools, MS Excel, and related software.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of US Tax Law would be a plus.
